|raw ground turkey||1 lb|
|small onion, minced||1 ea|
|soft bread crumbs (For more fiber, use rolled oats)||0.25 cup|
|egg substitute||0.25 cup|
|brown gravy mix||1 pkg|
Combine all ingredients except gravy mix. Shape into meatballs and brown in nonstick skillet. (An omelet pan works fine.)2:
Mix gravy mix according to package directions. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.
