| Marinara Sauce: garlic, crushed | 1 clove |
| Marinara Sauce: tomato sauce | 0.75 cup |
| Marinara Sauce: dry mustard | 1 tsp |
| Marinara Sauce: lemon juice | 4 Tbsp |
| Marinara Sauce: dried oregano | 0.50 tsp |
| Marinara Sauce: dried parsley flakes | 0.50 tsp |
| Pizza: French bread, sliced 4 inches long by 2 inches thick | 4 slices |
| Pizza: chopped fresh vegetable mixture (green peppers, mushrooms, onion) | 2 cup |
| Pizza: shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided | 0.50 cup |
Combine all marinara sauce ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
2:Place ¼ cup marinara sauce on top of each slice of French bread and add ½ cup chopped vegetables and 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese.
3:Place under broiler until cheese melts.
