|Marinara Sauce: low-sodium chicken broth||0.25 cup|
|Marinara Sauce: small onion, diced||1 ea|
|Marinara Sauce: garlic, crushed||1 clove|
|Marinara Sauce: tomato sauce||0.75 cup|
|Marinara Sauce: dry mustard||1 tsp|
|Marinara Sauce: lemon juice||4 Tbsp|
|Marinara Sauce: dried oregano||0.50 tsp|
|Marinara Sauce: dried parsley flakes||0.50 tsp|
|Pizza: French bread, sliced 4 inches long by 2 inches thick||4 slices|
|Pizza: chopped fresh vegetable mixture (green peppers, mushrooms, onion)||2 cup|
|Pizza: shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided||0.50 cup|
Combine all marinara sauce ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.2:
Place ¼ cup marinara sauce on top of each slice of French bread and add ½ cup chopped vegetables and 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese.3:
