canned fat-free refried beans 0.25 cup
assorted fresh vegetables, finely chopped or shredded 0.75 cup
shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese 0.25 cup
fresh or bottled salsa 0.25 cup
chopped jalapeño or green chilies 1 Tbsp

Spread refried beans on tortillas. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese on top of the beans. Pour salsa over the top and add chilies. Roll tortilla around filling and serve.
