|assorted fresh vegetables, finely chopped or shredded||0.75 cup|
|shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese||0.25 cup|
|fresh or bottled salsa||0.25 cup|
|chopped jalapeño or green chilies||1 Tbsp|
Spread refried beans on tortillas. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese on top of the beans. Pour salsa over the top and add chilies. Roll tortilla around filling and serve.
