Apricot-Glazed Ham

orange juice 0.50 cup
currants or raisins 2 Tbsp
juice-packed apricots, drained 1 cup
ginger (optional) 0.25 tsp
lean ham steak, fat trimmed 12 oz

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, currants or raisins, apricots, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Place ham slice on baking pan. Pour sauce over ham and bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
