|currants or raisins||2 Tbsp|
|juice-packed apricots, drained||1 cup|
|ginger (optional)||0.25 tsp|
|lean ham steak, fat trimmed||12 oz|
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, currants or raisins, apricots, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Place ham slice on baking pan. Pour sauce over ham and bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
