| currants or raisins | 2 Tbsp |
| juice-packed apricots, drained | 1 cup |
| ginger (optional) | 0.25 tsp |
| lean ham steak, fat trimmed | 12 oz |
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, currants or raisins, apricots, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Place ham slice on baking pan. Pour sauce over ham and bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
