Salmon Roulade
| Name: | Amount: |
| salmon | 1 med. |
| butter, herb | 2 oz |
| thyme | 1 Tbsp |
| rosemary, chopped | 1 Tbsp |
| fresh or freeze-dried chives | 2 Tbsp |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the salmon into 1/2-3/4-inch wide pieces lengthwise, so that you end up with 6 long strips of salmon. Roll the pieces from the end into a tight circle. Push a toothpick through the length of the salmon rolls to keep them from unrolling in the oven.
2:Season the salmon rolls with the herb butter, thyme, rosemary, and chives. Place evenly on a baking sheet, and put into the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the fish is done.
