Strawberry Slush

Serving Size: 2/3 cup

Strawberry slush is a great afternoon refresher. Fresh strawberries are best, but you can also use unsweetened frozen berries, if necessary.

fresh strawberries, washed and hulled 1 pint
fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp
lime Juice 2 Tbsp
granulated sugar 1 Tbsp
club soda 0.25 cup
ice cubes 1 cup

Reserve the 3 strawberrie for garnish. Puree the remaining strawberries in a food processor or blender.


Add the remaining ingredients. Blend well until smooth and foamy.


Garnish each serving with a fresh strawberry.
