|large very ripe peaches, peeled and pitted||2 ea|
|almond-flavored liqueur||2 Tbsp|
|grated gingeroot||2 tsp|
Cut the peaches into chunk; place in a blender or food processor.2:
Add the liqueur and ginger; blend or process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill the sauce.
