baby carrot 2 lb
brown sugar 2 Tbsp
margarine 2 Tbsp
orange juice concentrate, thawed 0.25 cup
Mandarin oranges, drained 0.50 cup
salt 0.25 tsp
medium Vidalia onion, thinly sliced 1 ea

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the carrots until tender and drain them.


In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the carrots in a baking dish and cover with the sauce.


Stir once to coat the carrots. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
