| orange juice concentrate, thawed | 0.25 cup |
| Mandarin oranges, drained | 0.50 cup |
| salt | 0.25 tsp |
| medium Vidalia onion, thinly sliced | 1 ea |
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the carrots until tender and drain them.
2:In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the carrots in a baking dish and cover with the sauce.
3:Stir once to coat the carrots. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
