Charlie's Corn Casserole

8-oz. can creamed corn 1 ea
canned whole kernel corn, undrained 1 cup
sugar 2 tsp
egg substitute 1 cup
6-1/2 oz. pkg corn bread mix 1 ea
canola or corn oil 1 Tbsp

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together; including the liquid from the corn.


Pour the batter into a nonstick loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden.
