Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese on Baguette Rounds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the baguette into 3/8-inch thick pieces and place in oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Remove the rounds from the oven and allow them to cool.
2:Spread the goat cheese on top of each round. Place a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the goat cheese. Garnish each piece with capers and a small sprig of dill. Arrange on a plate and serve.
