| cherry tomatoes | 8 med. |
| pitted greek olives | 8 med. |
| mozzarella cheese, part skim cut into 8 1/2 inch cubes | 2 oz |
| artichoke hearts quartered rinsed and drained | 2 ea |
| Hearts of Palm stalks rinsed and drained cut croswise into 4 pieces | 2 ea |
| Sliced Turkey Pepperoni | 8 slices |
| balsamic vinegar | 2 Tbsp |
| extra-virgin olive oil | 2 tsp |
| dried basil crumbled | 1 tsp |
| dried oregano | 0.50 tsp |
Thread a 6-inch skewer with 1 each spinach leaf, tomato, olive, cheese cube, artichoke heart, heart of palm piece and pepperoni slice. Repeat with the other 7 skewers. Place on a platter.
2:In a small bowl, wisk together the remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly over the skewers.
