baby spinach leaves 8 med.
cherry tomatoes 8 med.
pitted greek olives 8 med.
mozzarella cheese, part skim cut into 8 1/2 inch cubes 2 oz
artichoke hearts quartered rinsed and drained 2 ea
Hearts of Palm stalks rinsed and drained cut croswise into 4 pieces 2 ea
Sliced Turkey Pepperoni 8 slices
balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil 2 tsp
dried basil crumbled 1 tsp
dried oregano 0.50 tsp
1:

Thread a 6-inch skewer with 1 each spinach leaf, tomato, olive, cheese cube, artichoke heart, heart of palm piece and pepperoni slice. Repeat with the other 7 skewers. Place on a platter.

In a small bowl, wisk together the remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly over the skewers.
