Peach and Pineapple Dip

For a double dose of ginger, try reduced-fat gingersnaps with this ginger-enhanced dip. It's great for a party or to keep on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth in a heart healthy way.

| pineapple chunks, canned or fresh | 1 cup |
| reduced fat cream cheese, softened | 8 oz |
| honey | 1 Tbsp |
| ground ginger | 0.25 tsp |
| ground nutmeg | 0.13 tsp |
| Mandarin oranges, drained | 0.50 cup |
In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients except the Mandarin oranges to the desired texture (smooth or slightly chunky).
2:Serve in large shallow bowl. Garnish with the Mandarin oranges.
