Scalloped Potatoes and Chicken

This is a easy slow cooker recipe for any day of the week

Name: Amount:
green bell pepper, chopped 0.25 cup
chopped onion 0.50 cup
VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up 1.50 cup
potatoes unpeeled and sliced 7 med.
boneless, skinless chicken breasts 3 ea 10
10-oz. can low-fat crem of celery soup 1 can
milk 1 can
1:

Place layers of green peppers, onions, cheese, and potatoes in slow cooker

2:

sprinkle salt over chicken breasts and lay on top of potatos

3:

Combine soup and milk and pour into slow cooker, pushing meat down into liquid.

4:

Cover. Cook on high 1.5 hours. Reduce temperature to low and cook 3-4 hours. Test that potatoes are soft. If not continue cooking on low another hour and test again. continuing to cook until potatos are finished.
